In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "p888" / "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operated at p888.lol, including all games, services, and features made available to registered account holders.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on p888, completes the p888 login process, or accesses any part of the platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on p888, associated with a verified Pakistani mobile number and a PKR wallet.
• "PKR Wallet" refers to the Pakistani Rupee balance held within a Player's p888 account, from which wagers are deducted and into which winnings are credited.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or cashback amounts granted by p888 under a specific promotional offer, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked across eligible games before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal from a p888 account.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process that p888 is required to conduct before processing withdrawals or approving accounts above defined transaction thresholds.
• "PSL" refers to the Pakistan Super League, a domestic Twenty20 cricket competition covered extensively in the p888 sportsbook.

By accessing p888.lol — whether to browse games, complete p888 login, make a deposit via JazzCash or EasyPaisa, place a bet on a cricket match, or engage with any other feature of the platform — you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

Acceptance is also confirmed when you tick the "I agree to the Terms & Conditions" checkbox during account registration. This constitutes an electronic agreement with the same legal effect as a written signature.

If you are accessing p888 on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and by accepting you do so on their behalf. p888 does not accept accounts registered by third parties on behalf of other individuals.

To register and maintain a p888 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual in a personal capacity, not as a corporate entity or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of p888 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processing partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from p888 or had a p888 account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and preferred PKR payment method.

p888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any registration information at any time. Documents accepted for identity verification include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), Pakistani passport, or other government-issued identification. Proof of payment method ownership may also be requested before a withdrawal is processed.

Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law are responsible for determining the legality of their participation. p888 operates under an international gaming licence and does not provide legal advice specific to Pakistani domestic law.

Single account policy. Each Player may hold only one active p888 account. If p888 identifies that a Player holds or has created more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be voided. The Player's primary account may also be suspended pending investigation.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p888 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. p888 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately via [email protected].

Account inactivity. Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are classified as dormant. p888 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published in the Account Settings section of the platform. Players will be notified by SMS or email before inactivity fees are applied.

Account closure. You may request closure of your p888 account at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your PKR wallet at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification if not already completed.

Accepted payment methods. p888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). p888 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is not available on the platform.

Deposit processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your PKR wallet within seconds of successful confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect. p888 does not impose fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours depending on your VIP tier and chosen payment method. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification.
• The withdrawal method must match the payment method used for your most recent deposit, or be a verified method on your account.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before real-money balances generated from bonus play become withdrawable.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method as published in the Cashier section of the platform.

Anti-money laundering. p888 is obligated under its international gaming licence to conduct AML (anti-money laundering) monitoring on all accounts. p888 may request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension and account review.

p888 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above who have completed account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification.
• Each bonus is available once per player, household, device, and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Bonus funds that remain unwagered at expiry are forfeited without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, live dealer games, and certain slot titles may carry different contribution percentages as specified in the promotion details.
• p888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered by a Player.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the defined wagering and withdrawal process.

Game integrity. All casino games available on p888 — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, slots, and live dealer titles — use certified random number generators (RNG) provided by licensed software suppliers. The RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by the Player or by p888.

Sportsbook rules. Bets placed on the p888 sportsbook — including cricket matches, PSL fixtures, football, and other sports — are governed by the specific sport rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the platform. In the event of a dispute between a Player and p888 regarding the settlement of a bet, the recorded data from p888's system and official match data from the relevant governing body shall be the authoritative source.

Bet acceptance. p888 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on events where the odds were displayed in error, where suspicious betting patterns are detected, or where the maximum liability for that event has been reached.

Technical malfunctions. In the event of a technical failure, game disconnection, or platform outage during an active game round or in-play bet, p888 will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server-side records. Where reconstruction is not possible, p888 may void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's PKR wallet. p888 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the direct stake amount involved.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of relevant winnings, and potential legal referral:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with p888 games, the sportsbook, or the p888 login and account management systems.
• Colluding with other Players during multiplayer card games, including Teen Patti, in order to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in the sportsbook to generate artificially guaranteed profits (commonly referred to as "arbitrage" or "arbing").
• Laundering money or using p888 as a mechanism to obscure the source of funds, in violation of applicable AML obligations under the platform's international gaming licence.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC, including using another person's CNIC or financial account details.
• Accessing p888 using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or account security measures.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing p888 customer support staff or other Players in any communication channel.

p888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players in Pakistan and beyond. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity. p888 recognises that for a minority of players, gambling can become harmful, and takes its duty of care to those individuals seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to every p888 account holder free of charge and take immediate effect upon activation:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount in PKR to control your spending.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification after a defined period of continuous play to encourage breaks.
• Cool-off periods: Take a voluntary break from the platform ranging from 24 hours to six (6) weeks. During a cool-off, your account remains open but wagering is suspended.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the p888 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

All content on the p888 platform — including but not limited to the p888 brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, promotional materials, and the overall design and layout of p888.lol — is the property of p888 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the p888 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any p888 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the p888 platform.
• Using the p888 brand, logo, or any derivative thereof in any commercial context without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p888 excludes all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive financial loss arising from your use of the p888 platform, including losses resulting from game outcomes, sportsbook settlements, or platform unavailability.
• Loss of data, account access, or PKR wallet balance resulting from events outside p888's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game data, or sporting results caused by a third-party data feed error, provided p888 acts in good faith to correct such errors upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms limits p888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In all other cases, p888's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

p888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering a p888 account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and platform use — including your name, CNIC details, Pakistani mobile number, device identifiers, and transaction history — is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and improvement of p888 services. p888 does not sell personal data to third-party marketers.

p888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment processor operating under applicable law.
• Detection of an active self-exclusion order from another gaming platform under a shared responsible gaming database.

Upon termination for cause, p888 reserves the right to void all pending bonuses and to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not caused by Player misconduct, any verified real-money PKR balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

p888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS notification to the mobile number on record or via an in-platform notification displayed upon the next p888 login. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the p888 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p888 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the p888 platform, or any transaction conducted through a p888 account shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

p888 operates in good faith with respect to all player interactions and encourages disputes to be resolved through direct communication with support before any formal legal process is initiated. Players in Pakistan may contact the platform at [email protected] to raise a formal complaint, which will be acknowledged within 48 hours and investigated under p888's internal complaints procedure.
